1 Week Training Programs
The 1 week training programs serve as an introduction to different training methodologies, letting you experience a new form of fitness for a full week. From traditional to obscure, we’ll try to introduce you to as many training styles and new sports as possible.
Field Tests
Field Tests are higher volume workouts with the goal of testing your level of fitness and the efficacy of your current training program.
These workouts are considered to be “hardcore” in nature and we recommend a relatively high level of capacity before attempting any Field Test as prescribed. Scaling either the repetitions, movements or weight back is recommended if your fitness or skill level is considered to be beginner-intermediate.
DVSN Field Tests are issued monthly and best enjoyed as a group.

Complete Programs
Complete Programs are goal specific, programmed by experienced DVSN partners and curated by the team at DVSN HQ.
These programs are proven to successfully elevate athletic performance.
